Neal G. Wiley
Neal G. Wiley graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California–Santa Barbara in 2009 with a B.A. in Classics, and received his M.A. Classics from UCSB in 2011. Mr. Wiley attended Drexel Law School and graduated magna cum laude in 2015. During law school, he interned for the Hon. C. Darnell Jones, II, of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. After law school, Mr. Wiley served as law clerk to the Hon. Matthew D. Carrafiello, Administrative Judge of the Philadelphia Orphans’ Court, handling matters relating to wills, trusts, estates, guardianships, minors, and fiduciaries generally. He joined Alexander & Pelli as an associate in 2016. Mr. Wiley is a member of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and chairs the Section's Rules and Practice Committee. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council. Mr. Wiley joined the adjunct faculty of the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2019.
