Kenneth J. Levin, Of Counsel
Kenneth J. Levin serves as of counsel to Alexander & Pelli, LLC. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Harvard College and a graduate of the Harvard Law School. Mr. Levin has concentrated his practice in the fields of tax and estate planning and estate and trust administration for over 40 years. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a member of the Villanova University Graduate Tax Program Adjunct Faculty. He has served as special counsel for PNC Bank, N.A., Mellon Bank, Glenmede Trust Company and several other corporate fiduciaries in post-mortem planning and related matters. During the course of his career, Mr. Levin has published articles on specialized estate planning issues for journals including Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal, The Journal of Taxation, Taxation for Lawyers, Taxation for Accountants, Temple Law Quarterly, and The National Law Journal, and for Fiduciary Review. He retired from the practice of law in 2019.
